- Can I switch between plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade from the Billing page at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and credits from pay-per-report purchases never expire.
- What counts as a full report?
- A full report includes your ATS compatibility score, matched and missing keywords, ranked suggestions, and a written summary. The free score-only view is the same scoring math with the paid sections hidden.
- Do you offer student or regional pricing?
- Not yet. The pay-per-report option is intentionally priced low so that candidates in any market can afford a one-off report without a subscription.
- How do refunds work?
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions include a 30-day money-back window, with prorated handling where applicable after that period. Pay-per-analysis purchases are refundable within 7 days only if the paid analysis has not been viewed or downloaded.
